How to buy from

  1. In the page featuring your desired product, select the options (color, size, quantity, etc.) if needed, and press "ADD TO CART".
  2. When you have selected all items for your order, you can visit "CART" to review your items, make changes, and proceed to "CHECK OUT".
  3. Fill in the details of your order, including your name, email, shipping address, etc.
    After checking the box "I've read the terms and conditions" in the lower part of the page, you can pay the order by clicking "PROCEED TO PAYPAL".
  4. The system will then be directed to Paypal for payment processing. Complete your payment in Paypal and you will redirected to our site.
  5. You will then be notified of that we have received your order. When you reach this point, the order is completed.

What if I have not received any email notification?

Occasionally, email servers and clients may classify our emails as spam/junk, or reject our emails. Please check the spam or junk folder of your email app if you do not receive our notifications.

Where do ship to?

Currently, we only ship to USA.

How long does it take to receive my products?

We process and ship out most of our orders within 3 working days. Delivery time normally depends on the shipping location. Most orders will arrive within 4 weeks. Delivery will take longer during periods of high demand and festive seasons.

How much is the shipping fee?

To simplify your shopping experience, we have set the per orders shipping fee to 4 tiers:

  1. For an order less than US$20, the shipping fee is US$1.99
  2. For an order between US$20 to US$49.99, the shipping fee is US$2.99
  3. For an order between US$50 to US$99.99, the shipping fee is US$3.99
  4. Shipping is free when your order total is US$100 or more (on a per order basis).

You can save your shipping costs by grouping purchases into a single order.

How can I track my order?

An email will be sent to you within 48 hours from the time of your purchase. If you did not receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder.

The email should include the order details and an order number. Please quote your order number in all communication with us to speed up our service to you.

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours after the order confirmation email. You can use the tracking number to track your package online.

We will also send out a message when your order is shipped. The package should normally reach you within 3 to 4 weeks. However, during periods of high demand, the shipping time may be 1 or 2 weeks longer.

How to use e-Coupon?

If you have a promotion e-Coupon, you may enter the coupon code in the appropriate box during the checkout process.

Our system will automatic check the validity of the coupon and apply the respective discount to your order.

How would my items be packed?

To make sure that you can enjoy the best prices, we have scrapped most unnecessary costs, including fancy packaging. Most of the items shipped will be in plain protective packaging without retail package.
